Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings and personalized/custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at admn.artisav@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Product photos (if applicable)
• Reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order separately.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
