1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, ARTISAV Jaipur offers FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

2. Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning duties and taxes are included in the order total. No extra charges are required at delivery.

3. How long does shipping take?
• India: 3–7 business days  
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Do you accept returns?

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
